This was an amazing end to a great series. I loved how tense and sad it was:((

Somehow i knew they were going to get Orion back, when they went back to the scholomance i new it was gonna be just him, but never in my wildest dreams have i imagined him being a maw-mouth??????? The horrors.....

Honestly this series made me cry a few times (which is the highest honor a book can get from me lol). Especially when again and again El's friends stood behind her in unvavering faith. I feel like this book was about how capitalism and rich people ruin everything, and the only untidote is love, friendship and joy. And who needs more from a book?

Intense ending with quite the revelations. Solid finish to the series. Hard to put down.

This was a solid conclusion to this strong YA Fantasy trilogy. Unlike many books/series, I really wasn't sure where this was going. I was only able to guess one of the many twists and turns.

So often fantasy stories take the reader and characters through a war. While there is a war of sorts going on in the background, the way it is brought about, talked about, and even battled is so different from anything I've ever read.

I was really moved by the themes of found family, redemption, choice, and friendship that El experiences throughout the series. The love in her friendships is so strong it brought tears to my eyes in the penultimate chapter.

I really enjoyed this trilogy. I would go so far as to call it my favorite fantasy series.

the only things i really cared about in this series were el and orion's relationship and the school setting. and you'll never guess how important those things were in this book.

I want to write an actual long review for this trilogy so I can remember everything I loved about it. But for now I just wanna say this trilogy is amazing, it had everything I could have possibly wanted
