A fun read- sometimes relatable, often funny, probably not the best advice. Drags on in some spots for sure.

Felt very millennial and sometimes hard without the British context. It’s great writing and good stories, but sometimes the lessons felt obvious. Good read.

As a younger reader (19) there were some parts of the book that I felt went over my head a bit. Additionally I definitely preferred the second half of this book much more than the first. I found a lot more interesting and relatable parts in the second half, but regardless I found the authors outlook to be interesting and I enjoyed her take on friendships and love overall.

I’m 22 and just graduated college. One of my friends recommended this to me, telling me I had to read it while I was still in my early 20s. While I don’t think it’s revolutionary, I did feel seen and understood, and Dolly’s stories and advice are going to stick with me
