A fascinating and detailed look at the history of spiritualism from its birth in the mid 1800s up through the early part of the 20th century. I was hoping for more specific details on how mediums of the day pulled off trickery. There was a degree of that, but it would have been great to have more specifics. I still found it a highly interesting and well researched look at an intriguing subject. The old photos were a great touch. Educational and enjoyable.
