I'm going be honest here. A part me didn't want to read this. From the blurb, I just knew it was going to be an emotional one. I wasn't sure I was in the right mindset to have my heart ripped out. Also, I've read books were the widower falls for her late husband's brother. Never have I read one where the the brother is an identical twin. I didn't know how to feel about that.
All that being said. I am so happy I read this book!! It's my favorite Melanie Harlow book to date. SO GOOD! I absolutely LOVED it!!! From This Moment is a beautiful, sweet, emotional and swoony story about moving forward after loss, decade long unrequited love, and finding happiness again. I enjoyed every second of it. Gah! This book gave me all the feels. Happiness, sadness, anger, love and hope - I felt them all!! I can't state how much I adore this book!
Hannah and Wes have a great and electric connection. When they get together, *blows out breath* It's hot!! They know that they shouldn't be together. They didn't not want to dishonor her husband/his brother. Fear of what others think, a condescending mother-in-law, and a fear of the future kept them a part. But, the more time they spent together the more her affection for him grew and his already deep love for her just got deeper. It's so lovely. Wes Parks is a legitimate dream man. I absolutely adore him. He's so sweet and selfless. Can you imagine watching the woman you love fall in love and marry your brother?! All those years of a one sided love, ugh, my heart broke for him. Every time Hannah said she couldn't be with him. I wanted to scream, "I'll take him!" Love love love him.
I highly recommend picking up From This Moment. It's Melanie Harlow's best to date. I did not want to stop reading this gorgeous book. I dare you not to fall for the very dreamy Wes Parks.

The emotional journey in this story started from page one and continued to the very last page. At times the plot was heart wrenching and in others it was heartwarming but overall this rollercoaster ride is a must read. Two tortured souls, one who had lost her husband and the other who gave up his true love to his brother finally get their time together. Although the new relationship is difficult to comprehend, both Wes and Hannah need to walk through their pain to move forward. The characters were instant favorites and the storyline could not have been written any better. Love, Love, loved this book. Great job Melanie Harlow!!!
This one was a little different from the other books I've read my Melanie Harlow and I really enjoyed it. From this Moment is a story of loss and second chances. I loved all the characters because they were all relatable. It was well written and I would recommend this story to anyone looking for a second chance romance with a touch of forbidden love.
Never in a million years did I think I would read a book about falling for your deceased husbands identical twin and not only not find it creepy, but actually enjoy it. I loved Wes and you really felt for him when you learned he fell for Hannah first, and then had to watch Hannah and his brother fall in love. And the spicy scenes were once again hot as hell

From This Moment was a bit unrequited, a bit forbidden, second chance romance that was very sweet and naughty. I enjoyed it quite a lot despite my issues with the heroine. I understood why she acted the way she did but she still grated on my nerves a bit. The hero I adored I thought he was awesome.
I recommend this book to lovers of romance because it's a wonderful story.
