The thing is, I feel like there was an actually alright story buried somewhere in the book, but it gets lost in the ridiculous 14 viewpoints from the same cardboard cut character (minus the bench and the squirrel), and people not acting like real people. An extra star for effort, but all it really does is prove that different doesn't always pay off.

Okay, im not good with making reviews since I am such a biased person but this book is such a cute read. I admit, I was so shocked to have read points of view coming from a bench and a squirrel (I mean ????? but it turned out well lol). I guess my fav point of view would be Charlotte's or the bench's. Both of them are sassy and kinda bitchy but actually such a softie inside (it's so weird including the bench but oh well). Suprisingly, I love all the characters and yeah even Hillary the skank queen from Cockblockville (that's according to Lea and Maribel!).

Aaaand if i had been friends with Gabe and Lea, the only advice I would give is that yes we all have issues and insecurities within ourselves but life is short and opportunities dont always present itself so dont be afraid of taking risks for something worth it or else you might end up regretting what could have been. I'm just so glad Lea and Gabe finally found the perfect moment and my gosh, they are just annoyingly (in a good way) adorable.

P.S. I may or may not have shed a tear or two during the part where they read their description without using adjectives assignment. God, I still feel tingly because of it.

First I just want to say this: THE BOOK COVER IS SO PRETTY. Last year I never would have cared about pretty book covers, but it seems that I am beginning to appreciate how lovely they can be. Never thought pink and red could look so nice together. So, A+ job on that.

Onto the book itself! Going into A Little Something Different I knew kind of what I was getting into. I expected a fast, cute, and super fluffy read and I got just that. The multiple POVs were fun if not a bit silly at times. There wasn’t anything super unique or amazing about this particular story (other than how many POVs we got), but it didn’t take away from the book’s likeability. I think if there is anyone who wants something fast and cute to read then this book is definitely an a good option!

A short, sweet, and cute novel. Usually, I don't like multiple points of view, and I was wondering what it would be like for a romance novel, especially since it seemed like it wouldn't include the main character's point of view, however, the author did make it work. However, I thought that the book could have done without the bench's point of view. Sure, sometimes it was funny, but it didn't really have a place in the story.

None of the side characters weren't developed much, but I was okay with that, since it is a quick read.

I thought that
Spoilerthe fact that Gabe was in a car crash was quite predictable, but maybe it was supposed to be that way, since it dropped, many, many hints.

Overall, I found it an enjoyable read. Sure it wasn't perfect, or the best, but, I find that all that matters is that I liked reading it.

This is just so adorable and funny that it gave me a smile now permanently plastered on my face. My whole mouth hurts from all the grinning. It's just too much cuteness in one book. I need more of this in my life. I would happily die with holding this kind of book in my arms. Now don't ask me why I only gave it 3.5 stars. You wouldn't understand. Even I don't understand my own ratings sometimes.

Listen. Is it a literally masterpiece? No. Did I have a stupid grin on my face the entire time? Absolutely. I also LOVE multiple perspectives.

I finished this book in one sitting. It wasn't skillfully written (according to the author, it was written in 6 days) but it was humorous. I enjoyed it.
