Gosh I so, so enjoy what the author does with this entire series. Brings so much light to the incredible female relationships among Padme and her circle.
everything you’d want from a star wars novel but even more because this served me badass women on a silver platter.
and the little shifts to alternate pov’s that were sprinkled along giving you some insight to what other characters were doing during all of the action was perfectly done. and this just proves padme deserved so much more in the movies.

I read this entire thing in one day over a period of 6.5 hours and I have zero regrets, a book has never hooked me this bad. This is definitely my number one Star Wars book in my rankings in the canon universe.
