My god I wish this was longer. I really enjoy when characters allow their demons to play in these kinds of circus/traveling show stories. I also think that they’re the perfect setting for a novella as they’re constantly on the move.
We got so much history and background on Lux, I want to explore this devil deeper. Indie, I feel terrible for what she endured in the end, but it lead her to a great place so is it so horrible? Yes, and no.
Overall, exactly what I needed to get excited about reading again!

This book was worth an instant 5 stars. It made me feel all kind of emotions and I didn’t want to put this book down at all. I feel for Lux and Indie and I’m so glad they found each other. How fucked up them being together might seem, they truly are made for each other.
