À La Folie by Nova Kane is an erotic horror circus romance. This is the first book in the Cirque Du Désir series.
This is the first book of Nova’s that I have read and it won’t be my last. I was pulled in right away and couldn’t wait to see how it would all play out. I really enjoyed the instant connection between Lux and Indie. I loved getting both of their points of views throughout the book.
I can’t wait for the next book in the series Maison De Fous to be released on October 30, 2024.
I would recommend this book if you’re looking for a fast paced erotic horror.

I’m speechless, and five stars don’t even feel like enough. That was absolutely amazing and beautifully written! This book—and Lux himself—spoke to my inner demons. From the jump, I was hooked, and this circus was like no other. The chemistry and physical attraction between the FMC and MMC were addicting. If I could meet them at a book signing or convention, I’d be first in line.

LOVED IT! This was right up my street. I got excited just reading the TWs. I hate when people rag books as dark romance when they aren't, but this is dark. Amazing.
The story between Lux and Indie was predictable but in a short story you have to get to the point. Love how they both ended up scared together in the end.
