A dark romance and while it has many violent moments which are graphic and gory I am still missing something. The romance seems to be based off of nothing but sexual connection. The characters don’t seem to make sense together and the ending was lackluster. It seems like the ending was hastily thrown together to tidy everything up. The graphic scenes feel like they were thrown in purely for shock factor and nothing else.

HOT DAMN what a fantastic debut novella this is. It’s an erotic horror story and it definitely lives up to it. It’s twisted, it’s dark and it’s spicy.

I almost didn’t want to read this because I’m terrified of clowns. But goddamn I’m glad I decided to do it anyway because this was so deliciously dark and unhinged. And I ate it all up. It left me yearning for more.
