If this is what happens when you fly first class book me a flight. I could totally identify with Janie. Widowed a year, she is ready to start picking up the pieces. Time to start checking off the bucket list. She goes first class all the way to New York City for a whirlwind visit to all that Makes New York City the Big Apple.
Matt always flies first class. His life is one long whirlwind of free and easy. He wants nothing more and he has the money to make it happen. That is until he keeps bumping into Janie--literally.
These two give whirlwind adventure a new meaning. But nothing is simple. Life is filled with complications. Panic and confusion live within both of them. Warning--you do not get a HEA in this book. For once a cliffhanger was just fine by me. Book two, First Class to Portland is available for your reading pleasure giving you an amazing romance that makes you feel oh so good.

Janie and Matt night have met on a plane but their love knows no bounds. Wonderful characters and a heart warming tale of second chance love. I cannot wait to read more in the series.

First class to New York was the first book that I read by AJ Harmon, and I absolutely loved it!

After losing her husband, Janie decides to take the trip of a lifetime to New York. On the way there, she encounters a man, Matt, who sparks interest in her, as she does with him. He invites her to dinner her first night there, and things begin to take off.

The main characters had such depth, and I felt their emotions and cared about them. The plot was done very well, and the author did a wonderful job of leaving me satisfied. But I am glad that Matt and Janie's story will continue in First Class to Portland!

I really enjoyed this book. It was nice to see that the main characters were older than usual, a definite change of pace. The perfect breezy summer read. I can't wait to read First Class to Portland to find out what happens.

CLIFFHANGER ENDING!!!!

Warning: this book ends in a CLIFFHANGER.

I hate cliffhangers. It is my belief that there should be a warning if a book is not complete, which is basically what,a cliffhanger is, an unfinished ending.

Besides the ending, the h had major body image issues. No one is completely happy with the way that they look, but the h complained throughout the entire story on how her stomach pudged out a bit. Get over it. Having twins will do that to a girl. The way that she spoke about her body made me disgusted when picturing the story in my head.

The h was also just plain annoying. After the H's ex-wife told her that the H didn't like kids, the h thought it would be a great idea to pretend that her kids didn't exist. Like really? You are 43 years old and you're kids are 20. I'm sure it really doesn't matter if they don't even love with you.

The H was just as irritating. He was very blunt about the fact that he is a hump and dump kind of guy. He said a lot of things that he didn't mean and just set himself up for disappointment and heartache when the h believed him.

Overall, I would not recommend this book. If I knew if ended with a cliffhanger, I would not have read it. Thank goodness it was free.
