Ugh. This was a disturbing world... Handmaid's tale/stepford wives -esque.

I cannot stop talking about this book. It is by far the scariest book I have ever read, with horrifying realities of allowing the government too much control and an impactful visual of how society continuously sets women up to fail with expectations that their lives are not really their own. The author gets a little heavy handed with detail at times, but over all definitely worth a read.

Heavy and frustratingly real dystopian book about motherhood and mental illness and the entire system.
Very well written and good, but just so upsetting
