Thor really knows the Life is Strange universe and did a beautiful job with Steph’s story. Showing us the time between college and making it to Havens Springs, we get to watch Steph really figure out who she is. Through her up’s, downs, mistakes, happiness, depression and so much more. There are surprise guests from the LIS universe as well that I absolutely loved seeing and added such a great touch to the story.
At times this book is difficult to read because Steph is going through such a pivotal moment in her life where she is really figuring out what she wants, that she doesn’t treat the people in her life the best. Especially her friends and girlfriend. To be fair her and her (JEWISH & TRANS) girlfriend Izzie don’t really treat each other well, but that is a part of the entire plot line of her getting to Havens.
Being an avid fan of Life is Strange since the first game came out in 2015, I really appreciated the time and care Thor took with Steph’s story.
