[EN] It reads like an average YA (which I kind of expected) but the little bits and pieces from the LIS universe made me happy (which I was really hoping for). So maybe just don't bother if you've never heard of LIS before

Both times Steph has been the protagonist I've been nervous that she might end up being too perfect. Both times she's been shown to be flawed in just the right ways to fill out her character.
At times, this book felt a little too hamstrung by having to fit in to the existing canon but the vast majority of it was exactly what I wanted to see from this part of the story. Falling in love before being made to acknowledge past trauma without there being a quick and easy fix for everything.

I love the universe of Life Is Strange, therefore it's not a surprise I've liked this as much as I have! I totally understand Steph, I too wish I could live in Haven Springs even if for a bit.
I love how everything then leads to Wavelengths, and then to True Colors. And everything derives from Before The Storm and Life Is Strange 1.
