Definitely a step up from the second, and perhaps the first in some aspects. The stakes were definitely higher and more enjoyable, the villains were engaging and shocking. The twists were unexpected. The fights had me glued to the book, as Sanderson usually accomplishes.
I would recommend this book to someone that’s enjoying the Wax and Wayne series.

For me this was the best in the Wax and Wayne series. With that said, this series (not including the original Mistborn trilogy) is probably my least favorite of Sanderson's series.
