Cute best friends fake dating/engagement read. I especially liked Daniel relationship with his daughter and Levi and Scott remind most interesting brothers.

I enjoyed reading this book! Rusty is so cute and I wish we had more of her. I also love Daniel and Charlie's friendship and chemistry. Daniel's brothers are entertaining too and now I think I'll try to read theirs as well (okay apparently I have the first book on my kindle and didn't notice! Hopefully the next books will become free too hehe).

I wish we could see Daniel and Charlie years from now though. Also I was hoping the baby mama's pregnancy was fake and that she'll get no visitation rights HAHA. But anyway, this book pulled me out of my slump!

I'm not sure how to rate this book, but I'm giving it 4 stars today.

On one hand, I enjoy friends to lovers. I enjoy the single dad trope. I enjoy the way Roxie writes

KU. DNF. The “foundation” was so ridiculous, I just couldn’t buy in...

Pretty much all this:

They are very cute together as a couple, good chemistry etc and it had potential to be 4 starts however, Daniel is basically a single dad who’s not with the mother of his child and the love interest Charlie is constantly doing things with Daniels daughter he has said no to and she hurts herself multiple times then everyone acts like Daniel is in the wrong for being annoyed - the first time is was forgivable and minor but after that it just gets annoying and ridiculous. Due to this it became very hard to stay interested all the way through and root for them completely in the end.
