Wow, there were some unhealthy relationships in this book. It's pretty bad when the two that have cheated on each other are the most likable characters. I'm also really disappointed that much was left to be solved in yet another book, as not enough occurred in this one.

I was finally able to finish the Rose Harbor series with the middle book.

Since the series centers around Jo Marie and Mark, and I already knew what happened between them, it was nice just to focus on the Inn's guests and their stories, which I enjoyed.

I really hope there is another book in this series.... I really need to know how this ends.

Not totally sure why I continue to read the series other than I'm from the PNW and like casual fluff books like this. I will say this for the book though, she got more interesting in her character problems. I was kinda hoping one of them wouldn't resolve because if I couldn't forgive the character, how could the other character? But anyway. I was hoping this would be a trilogy but I'll have to wait until the next book for the main plot to resolve...

I just love this series. I read this book in like 4 days. Actually I stayed up until past midnight to finish it the other day- and that is pretty late for me!

I really enjoyed the side characters this time. I mean I always do but I thought that their story lines were very real. My favorite story line was obviously Jo Marie's, as always. The end was... OMG. I can't wait to read more. <3

Sometimes, after reading several serious or dark stories in a row, I'll turn to a Macomber story for it's cozy environment and happy endings. I don't go for a particular series, or a particular order. This one wasn't the break I usually get from the non-fic or heavy fiction. It had some interesting storylines, but I was distracted by the repetitiveness in this one. So repetitive that the book could be a good 20% shorter if the reader were trusted to understand the situation when it was described in full the first time.
