I think I understood the main points and I'm glad that I read it, but this was more difficult than I was prepared for and a lot of it went over my head. Also, I was bracing myself for way worse sexism, so it didn't even seem all that bad on that score. Was not prepared for the overt and repeated anthropocentricism, though. Did love the sound of the word conscientizaĆ§Ć£o
