Listening to it in the audio format made it too difficult to comprehend for the first go-through.  You need the text and probably a dozen other books to support your following along.  Eggheads only!

A must read — the theory described in this book is relevant still to this day, on all levels of systematic oppression. This books is both a good review and a revelation in terms of radical thinking and acting towards liberation.
