This one is a complete treat ! There is not a single page , which will not make you laugh :D. Go on and read it , if you still have a child dancing within your grownup self !!!

Pretty muc hthe same as the original, and equally funny. It's a year later and the narrator has some more trouble in school, but hasn't grown more mature at all.

In case you didn't realize it, most females probably won't enjoy this book because they probably won't understand what it is like being a young male. At least, I don't know many females who enjoy crass humor, aren't bothered by excessive rudeness, and like their jokes blunt and a bit stupid.

Greg is still a self-centered jerk, but these books are pretty entertaining.

Not as funny as the first, but still a fun read.
fast-paced

One of the stronger entries in the series, if primarily due to the movie.
My memory of this one is reading it at a friend's house as the last one in the initial run because I couldn't check it out from a school library at any point prior.
funny lighthearted fast-paced
Plot or Character Driven: A mix
Strong character development: No
Loveable characters: Yes
medium-paced

Kinda outgrew the series but it was fun to read whilst I was still target demographic, wish I’d read more at that age because now I’m not sure I’d enjoy them as much
