Definitely found myself following one story more than the other two. I loved this book, but did find the ending dissatisfying (I know it’s  about real women and lives, but the final chapters could’ve had more of a punch in the way it was written for me).

Well written, gripping and engaging. One of my fastest reads in years.

Ugh, I LOVED this. A beautifully lyrical, very moving, intimate and often times haunting story about three. American women's relationships to sex, self realisation, desire, and transgression.

Lina is unloved by her husband but has taken up sex with her high school sweetheart, Maggie takes her teacher to trial for an inappropriate relationship, and former rich girl Sloane loves cucking her husband as he watches...

Completely absorbing, bewitching, moving accounts of womanhood, I can already feel this one will stay with me.

I think there are important points to be made about the ways that society objectifies women and shames them for their desires. But this book felt nihilistic in its retelling. The message I’m walking away with is “men will use you like objects and other women are your enemy”.

The language in this book is so descriptive it paints the most beautiful picture for you. It is confronting and real and relatable for everyone.
