It was exactly what I needed. Sometimes these books are so poorly written and are so unbelievable it can be hard to get through, and while I can’t fully wrap my brain around a D3 hockey player making it to the NHL, I really enjoyed and could imagine the rest of the book working well. Made me laugh. Made me cry. Loved the relationship. 3rd act breakup also was more understandable than most and I loved how strong the FMC was. I feel like they have no spine and crumble to these men but she was great and walked away when she needed to.

I really enjoyed this book (4,5 ⭐️)! The only downside the 3rd act breakup where she goes away felt like such a disconnect! Other than that Harlow and Conor were great excited for Aiden’s book!

This is my first book by this author and it was so good! It was kinda slow at first but I managed to pick up the pace. The characters had a lot of chemistry in every aspect of their relationship. I loved how complicated the storyline went but in the end, I kinda understood each of their stories, and of course, HEA!
