Many studies have already proved, that it doesn’t matter when you eat. Insulin isn’t at all important for weight loss. I was very frustrated while reading this book and can’t recommend it to other people. The one thing I liked in this book is how Steve talked about weight. I totally agree with him, that the number on the scale doesn’t say a lot about one’s progress or level of fitness. You can be slimmer and gain weight at the same time.
