Jeneva Rose has written some of my favorite books, and this one was no exception. The way that family drama, murder mystery, and buried secrets were intertwined was done well and made for a great read. I liked the multiple POVs and alternating timelines to tell the story. The ending was full of twists - some pretty shocking, some not as much - and the epilogue wrapped things up in a satisfying way.

I especially loved the 90s references - VHS tapes, clothing descriptions - it just really set the scene and gave it a <i>totally rad</i> vibe.

I read this book in two days, it really had me hooked! I loved that they switched point of view each chapter, it read really quickly and I was constantly wondering what was going to happen next. I didn't see the ending coming, which I appreciate, and even though none of the characters were super likeable, it didn't really deter me from liking the book. Great thriller!
