The series continues to improve as it goes on. We get more worldbuilding in this volume about gates and red gates, Jinwoo's necromancy, hunter guilds, the high rank hunters, and even a surprise about Jinwoo's father. Some of the coolest action moments happened in this volume, especially summoning Igris and Iron during the fight with the boss ice slayer. We are also left with a lot of unanswered questions about the meaning of the system and its role in Jinwoo's encounters, the reason Jinwoo was chosen as a player, and how the hunter world will react once his S-rank is made known.
