I'm not one for writing long reviews (or any reviews generally) however I'm going to make a short exception for this one & just say that I feel it's a book every teenage girl should read. Heartbreaking & raw but empowering & hopeful. It broke my heart & made it sing. Amazing!

This book was so good and incredibly heart wrenching. It's definitely not a light or easy read but please do pick it up. This book deals with a lot of heavy topics so you might find it difficult to read. I did. I had to keep on putting the book down and walk away for a while before I could continue. The author did an amazing job at crafting this story. I felt so many emotions whilst reading this book. I was constantly worried for Amber. I'm really happy about the way that the story ended because I felt like she got her happy ending.
I would highly recommend this book but warn readers of the trigger warnings because this is not a story for those with a weak heart. It is definitely a story you should read though!
