This was a very cute small-town romance with a happily ever after. There was more humor than I was expecting in this book, but I enjoyed that aspect!

The writing and story weren't particularly original but I'll chalk it up to the fact that it is the first story by this author. It's mostly a light-hearted rom-com with a silly premise. The MMC and FMC agree to be in a fake relationship which just continually escalates thanks to the MMC deciding they need to keep upping their relationship, so in the span of a few weeks they go from dating to engaged to married. Don't think the characters really had chemistry or there was natural character development, and the intimate scenes got a bit repetitive. Hoping the rest of the series gets better.

This was so freaking cute.
I only started to read this to read the second book of the series but I was surprised to find this great gem of romcom extraordinaire!

This book is a enemies to lovers / fake dating / slow burn / commitment phobe MCs mixed baby and it's soooo great. The way they fall for each other and subsequent greatness they have!!!! I loved this!
