This was a read aloud with George and he loved it.
I read this book in third grade in 1993 and just read it to the third grade class I’m now teaching. They loved it now as much as I loved it then. That’s the magic of a good story.
Chocolatitis? Why ever not? A story of too much of a thing turning bad.
I remember that I just loved this book. I thought it was pretty well written as a kid. While reading it, I could just imagine how it would be if everything you touched turned to chocolate, including water when you were thirsty. A variation on the King Midas theme.
