On the one hand, I plowed through this. It was a suspenseful, quick read. On the other hand, it was pretty predictable. There was one point that completely telegraphed who the bad guy was. The very end was a bit of a surprise, at least.

I liked this one.i wasn’t sure where it was going to go, but the plot is interesting and i like the ending. It was satisfying. Kind of obvious who the “bad guy” is but still interesting to read how the pieces come together. I would recommend this one!

Figured out the twist pretty quickly and the very end didn't make a ton of sense. I read it fast though (2-3 hours) so obviously it kept my attention. 3.5 stars

Some parts were highly unbelievable, but made for good fiction. I was entertained.

Good book but don't listen to the audio book- the fake southern accent is horrific

If you liked Gone Girl, you'll probably enjoy this one. Kept me turning the pages from start until the finish! It's not a perfect mystery, but a nice change of pace from my more serious recent reads.
