I really liked this book. It starts off with getting the sad part over with, however that did not stop me from balling that the end. It was a great story of a bullied kid, finding friends in the weirdest ways with an unlikely helper. It showed misconception, misunderstandings and true friendship. I really liked this book.

Heartfelt and hopeful. I really enjoyed this book! I think its great how Timminy had more "normal" kids problems, but also some big and serious ones too. There were times where I laughed out loud and at the end I cried even with the disclaimer the book starts with.

A fun middle grade read. A nice story wrapped in a love letter from a child to their dog.
