I love Gabriel. Plain and simple. I remember falling instantly when I first read Gabriel’s Inferno when it first came out. I was sucked into the beauty of his words and the world around him.
I am happy that him, Julia, and baby Grace, are moving forward together. It was nice to see how things turned out after she had the baby. And I loved to see all their family and what’s going on with them. But I feel this book still left so many open holes. And I’m left wanting more, and yet not.
That being said, this was a nice addition but it was unnecessary, in my eyes. I was happy with the first two books and didn’t feels the third needed to be written and not years later we get a forth. Time to move on. I liked getting glimpses of them throughout SR’s other series but I found myself skimming this one. And you DON’T do that to Gabriel!
I received an arc and this is my honest review.
