I got this book second from an Out Of The Closet thrift store, and it blew my socks off. Babe was incredibly charming, I'd easily read another book about her. I also liked Kate, Sharon, and Matty. Some stories aren't as strong as others in here, but most of them are amazing. Wish lesbian bars still existed.

You could so tell that this was written by a woman! Each chapter was written from a different woman's POV, so you don't have a lot of time to get to know/like them but for me, most chapters were successful in doing so. There were a handful of stories centred around sex and whilst they were good, they did start to feel a bit samey and some probably could have been swapped out for something else. The only story I wasn't a fan of was the vampire one as I didn't really fit the tone of the rest of the book and felt misplaced. For the most part, though, I thought the characters were super interesting and complex and my favourite stories were those centred around Babe, Sharon and their daughter.
