Loved it! Was the spiciest of the three CoHo books I’ve read so far which was fun. I liked the suspense of knowing something was going to happen while reading the Miles chapters because I knew something had to happen to make him the way he was. So much better than I expected. The chapter with Rachel at the end was so heart felt. Great read.

DNF 20% One of my biggest literary pet peeves is when the female narrator hates the annoying male lead (who is so obviously going to be the love interest the author all but beats you over the head with it) while simultaneously describing how sexy he is. It’s lazy writing and does nothing to entice me to read further because the entire relationship is already spelled out.

no hate to Colleen Hoover whatsoever but I just don’t know if her style of writing is my vibe. I didn’t find the characters super lovable, they just lacked depth to me a little. overall though I did enjoy this read and will give some more of her books a try

nothing about this book was cute…there is NO WAY they stayed together after the events of the book. not a CHANCE. mf miles seemed to like his basically STEP SISTER?! more than the actual love interest…they had NO relationship development apart from some excellent car smut. was so angry when I finished this
