The beginning was a little slow for me, but it picked up toward the end.

I liked the overall premise of this story but it fell really flat for me.

I had a really hard time keeping up with the past/present and then all the different men involved.

I did not particularly like any of the characters and thought about DNFing so many times. This book definitely got better about halfway through but even then the way it ended after all the build up made me frustrated.
