This book tells the story of Mary Boleyn, sister of Anne Boleyn, and of the life at Henry VIII's court. The story is really engrossing, even though you know where it will inevitably end.

I really liked this book, but I am obsessed with anything Tudor period. They made a movie based off the book as well, but the movie fell short of what the book had in it

Juicy story but not the most well-written. Good summer read :)

This book was great entertainment. I can't vouch for the historical accuracy, but if you want that, read an encyclopedia! Overall, a really good story!

I did not hate this book at all, I was just a little... I don't know. You knew Anne was going to have Elizabeth and then get her head chopped off, right? If the story had stayed focused on Mary I would have liked it more, I think. The movie blew.

While yes, I am aware that this is in no way an accurate portrayal of history during the 16th century, the fact remains that King Henry VIII is a scum bag and I loathe him in the universe of this novel. Patriarchs. How annoying.

CRAP! Horribly inaccurate and a total joke to writing. This book is more suited in the cheap romantic fantasy section than mingling with fiction literature. If you are attempting to read this because you want to brush up on your european history or you just want to learn about it through interesting fiction, this is not the book for you!

I enjoyed this book, but it was just too much of the same thing after awhile and didn't finish it. It just didn't seem worth my time for all the drama.
