Wow, what an incredible book. The story telling is compelling, the characters are unique and interesting, and the story is certainly engaging and not entirely free of surprises. I’m extremely excited to dive into this universe - but first, I need to finish Asimov’s massive universe.

I have had much to say about the second book in this series. All good things, I promise. Therefore, it won't come as a surprise that I loved the first one, as well! The ending blew me away even when I have become so jaded about last-minute twists that change everything. Check this one out!
Probably should not have waiting this long in my life to read this book. A very different look at the future and the minds of children. I especially enjoyed the author's introduction as he talked about the ways that gifted kids think and create in their heads and how adults can never quite get that right.
