I'm not sure what to rate this book. I liked it but didn't like it at the same time. I did enjoy the battles and the tactical stuff; I found it interesting. Plus the interesting plot twists were well done. I just wish we couldve know that Ender was happy. There were many parts during the book where I just wanted someone to hug him and tell him they loved him. I hated how hard the had to make him. He's only 6...7...8...9...10...11! Don't do this to him. I respected Ender, his brilliance and his calculations but I wish he could've been a little more just a child. Had friends and laughed. I guess that's the mark of a good author, to really be able to make you empathize with the character.
