I thought it was a lot of fun lol. I blazed through it, it’s extremely easy to read, though some of the subject matter could be considered difficult (not me baby! I loved the grit). I will be sad when the trilogy is over. There are some cringe passages here and there (Kitay being a god-level genius is a bit overdone) but it’s part of what I like about this trilogy, it’s not trying to be anything more than what it is, and that allows it to be a little goofy or childish if that’s what is most fun. And it is fun.

Wow, just wow.

I have never experienced a more grueling, grimy and gut-wrenching yet simultaneously ethereal and elegant body of art in my life. So many curveballs, so many dead faves so much betrayal.

My heart stuttered, I could barely breathe at times and my mind was taken on a rollercoaster with more ups and downs than rin and reznhas relationship(?)

I am deathly afraid to read the last book in this series (which is on the brink of leaving me in a similar state of hair-having-ness as kitay).
