This was a good mystery, about female code breakers in American during world war II. A series of murders take place and four of the girls get together to apply their code breaking skills to figure out who the murderer is.
I liked this and I don’t have a specific complaint, but I had trouble staying engaged with this one for some reason. Skimmed to the end.

So this was great? I flew through it, it was well written, I was invested in the characters, Ellie Marney left no crumbs. I have been trying to figure out if this was a right book, right time thing or it was really just that good, but at the end of the day, who cares which it is? It's a great read and makes me curious about Marney's other stuff. I did figure out who the killer was early on, but honestly, a minor quibble because there were so many other things I did want to know more about and see how they played out. See? I am even trying to find fault and I can't! Read this one.
