For someone who struggles with boundaries and people pleasing this book called me out in every way possible. It felt great to be seen and understood but was also even more helpful to hear how to change things. Could not recommend enough

Took a while to get through this one because of applying to my life/stressful topic. Her therapist frequently writes in the book, which I enjoyed! This was written during her divorce, I’m curious to see if she writes about the healing after.
