Note: I could've definitely gone without the "public scenes".

Oh my!

I so wanted to punch Savage in the nose after the hospital and then wanted to kick him in the junk after Vegas but man, the love was beautiful. The soulmate concept worked and the description was great! Glad Savage hot his head out of his a$$ and made it right!! Cute!! Can't wait to read more of this series!

4.5 stars.

After I finished Cas/Mac and Vincent's story I was super interested in Savage's story. Yes, give me Savage. And this did not disappoint!

Julie and Abe (Savage) meet at a store when she's 18 and he's 27. Abe invites her to a pool party and it takes off from there.

This story went through about 2-3 years of their lives and I loved seeing their love blossom and the back and forth between them. Then the heartbreak of Abe getting severely injured after the IED explosion and pushing Julie away.

Couldn't put this down.

What can I say about this woman that I haven't said already! I love these quick reads and to top it off it's MC read and military! Just meeting to becoming lovers and the H is a virgin and waits for him...sigh..cue the swoon! He comes back a broken and damaged man and pushes her away to try and protect her but ultimately he loves her too much to stay away and try's again only to break her down again

This is VERY insta-love and almost too quickly paced, but for erotic factor, it's smutty gold like always. I wasn't actually going to read this after I read book one, but when the opportunity came along with my ARC group when it was published, I once again threw myself to the ground to read an Alexa Riley book. Sigh.

I don’t know why I’m doing this to myself...

The story was soo Week, but I was mentally prepared for that. What I wasn’t prepared for was the total BS of the possessive man up and leaving (or breaking up) with his girl not just once but twice. And the se scene in the end just totally dumped the second star...

Another thing I really have trouble with is the writing. I really would have wanted to be shown things instead of just being told. Like the proposal for example.

I’ll just have to promise myself not to read any more stories by Alexa Riley because they are obviously not my cup of tea... at least not right now....

This was a much more emotional and nuanced read than I’ve come to expect from Alexa Riley! A very pleasant surprise. Enjoyed this!

Damn it loving these Ghost Riders MC books.
Such an awesome little read I got into it and was like my body is ready.

I won't spoil it but I started because I wanted a cute insta-love short read and Alexa Riley is one of my don't care what it is i'll read it her books never disappoint. They are always hot and the ones that have that insta-love are always super cute. But I was not prepared for what I got in this one. One moment I was smiling and then I was sobbing but then I was happy again and then I was sobbing I was on a roller coaster of emotions. But I loved every second of it so thanks Alexa Riley for the feels today. Can't wait for the next one!
