A couple’s marriage is falling apart. A weekend getaway might just save it. Little do they know that only one of them is going home at the end of it.

4 stars. What did I just read. I accidentally spoiled myself for this and I thought I knew what was going on. But I didn’t. There’s a discussion to be made on this.

If you want a fast and twisty read, give this one a read. Though I do realize that the ending is not for everyone.

I listened to the audiobook and had a lot of fun listening to the story. There were lots of twists and turns up until the very end even. Some I saw coming and some surprised me. The author laid out a lot of clues, hints and distractions throughout the book but maybe there were too many of them to keep track of? While I was reading the book I thought this would be a 4 star rating or higher but at the end I had so many unanswered questions I felt a bit let down. The writing itself was ok. I could have done without some of the hoity-toity sentences that were sprinkled here and there throughout the book, though.

2.5⭐️. This book dragged from about 20%-75%. For some reason I was intrigued and wanted to know how the story would end. I didn’t like either MC. Some of the twist did come as a surprise. However, I found the ending to be lame and flawed.

Feeney is a really good plot setter. One chain locked with another, and every clue is very carefully placed. Very captivating. But I feel the actual content is a little lean compared to the splendid format.
Currently in the middle of another book of hers "His and Hers". I think I already liked that one better.

This book was so good! The twists were amazing and they just kept coming. This book was so well written. I listened to the audiobook and I really liked it. The different points of view was great to hear all sides of the story. It was hard to put this book down!

Suspenseful book that left me feeling a little creeped out at times. I thought the some of the twists in the book may have been a little far fetched at times but the main plot twist I thought was well executed! Overall was enjoyable and kept me hooked!
