Phew!!!! Okay so I loved it…just not as much as everyone else. I did see some of the twists coming, but that’s typical when you read a bunch of thrillers and try to guess what they’re trying to trick you with. I took off a star because I was a bit bored for the first half of the book. Once it picked up and things finally started being revealed I was on board. The story of this thriller is fantastic and I think it’s worth the read for sure.

Well I liked the plot twist, yknow the classic “big reveal” moment. But other than that? Idk I was kinda bored. I’m starting to think this genre just isn’t for me.

Immediately intriguing and moved at a great pace; however, I’m starting to notice that Alice Feeny has a habit of dropping red herrings and not cleaning them up later. It feels like she throws in random facts that she just forgot about later in the story.
