These are good books with interesting plots. The two main characters are working through their pasts and presents to make their relationship work but not in a way that frustrates the reader, at least not me. They're both in denial of their "gifts" but at the same time they use them when they have to and are coming to grips with the woo woo stuff. I'll keep going.

Book Two in the Ghost Seer series.

Clare is back to lay another ghost, along with Enzo and Zach. While Clare has accepted her abilities, she still struggles with the ins and outs of her power. Now, Zach needs to accept his fate in the same way. His abilities just might save the day.

If you're looking for a fun ghost story with a bit of real danger laced in, this is the book for you!

"he was her solid set point in a tornado."

‘Somehow they needed to catch their balance in this…relationship. Figure out where they were going, or wanted things to go. He was too deep into this affair, the more-than-an-affair already, in just two weeks.’

Ghost Layer is the fast paced sequel in Robin Owens’ Ghost Seer paranormal romance series. This time Clare and Zach are faced with a new case to solve while they try to define their fledgling relationship.

I was really looking forward to book two after getting to know Clare, Zach, and Enzo in the previous novel. I again enjoyed Clare’s unique gift, being able to see and help spirits move on to what comes next. She had a lot of growing pains here, though, as she was still learning more about what she was capable of.
