This book is beautiful and really shows the peace, joy and pride people feel in their mosques and religion. I loved seeing the traditions.

Love the depiction of all how diverse the people who practice Islam and attend service look like. I love the messages of love and peace and community. Mosque is more than just a place of worship: it is a place of community and family and friends.

A delightful, beautifully illustrated, loving, cheerful book about the rituals of faith that take place in mosques, narrated by children for children (and adults). As the insert states: mosques are centers for friendship, community, and love. And boy, is there a lot of love shared in this book! Between families, friends, children and adults - the book reflects the joy, peace, and community bonds that thrive in mosques - just as they do in churches, temples, and synagogues.

The book includes a glossary of key Muslim terms, and a list of the most famous mosques around the world that the author has visited. One common thread runs through all of them: mosques are places of serenity and hospitality.

A beautiful book describing how all are invited to come to a mosque and worship and serve and pray and feel included. Loved the artwork and the message of inclusion.

A GREAT #ownvoices picture book about diversity and inclusivity with GORGEOUS illustrations by a Canadian artist. Highly recommend especially for fans of All are welcome by Alexandra Penfold and Our favorite day of the year by A E Ali.
