This one gets 4 stars because of the comedy.

This was jam packed. Grandma Bella, man. Taking a breather from this series for a bit, though. Whew!
adventurous funny lighthearted fast-paced

Full disclosure. I originally gave the books in this series 4 and 5 stars. Viewing the books from where I am now, I see all the problematic things going on here.

More fun and hijinks for Stephanie and crew!

Stephanie and her family are as amusingly crazy as ever! This is another fun Stephanie Plum that maintains the action and humor established in the previous books.

I fly by these so fast I forget to write the review before I head to the next one. I mean who wants to stop in the action. Heaven help me when I get the last one. These just keep getting better and beter.

This Plum novel includes a new car for Stephanie that lasts for the whole book, a greased up naked FTA, a new kind of bond (a visa) is taken out and their person goes missing along with his betrothed's beloved dog, being partnered with Ranger, and a trip to Vegas.

This book got CRAZY. The actual reason for their visa bond going MIA was insane and it totally had me stunned. It's probably the most actual danger Stephanie was ever put in. But it was definitely action-packed.

I'm so ready for 10 & 11 that I'm reading in August.

I'm working my way through the entire series in order and so far, this was the weakest of the lot in my opinion. Why? Because I knew who the bad guy was at least 100 or more pages before Stephanie did. The clues were there from the start. I won't write a spoiler review. The action and dialogue are as always engaging; I'm still enjoying every book. I just like it a little more if I actually get the twist at the end.

This one was pretty funny. I go into these expecting a light read and they do not disappoint.
