An uneven collection of travel stories from female authors. A few of the stories were very good, most were kind of mediocre. I was also disappointed that I had read a few of the selections in other compilations.
Easily the most enjoyable story in the collection was from Ellen Degeneres.
If you have a feeling that the guy sitting next to you on your next plane ride is only going to leave you in peace for a few minutes at a time, this book will probably suit your needs.
If you're in the mood for something more substantial, look elsewhere.

Amusing and easy read. A collection of travel tales by women. Makes my travel itch turn into a real fire. It is a great reminder that things rarely go as planned but that is all part of the great adventure.
