I devoured this book and it was delicious. My favorite novella of the series. I loved the naivety of Sloan, the primal-ness of Asher, and who doesn’t love a good game of cat & mouse?! Book 2 of these characters can’t come quick enough. I’ll read anything these holiday novella queens publish.

Physical - such a fun and festive dark romance between Sloan and her bf’s twin Alec. Alec sets Sloan up for a fun festive cat and mouse game ending in the chapel with his reveal that he’s her bf Alex and is instead his twin Alec. Massive cliff hanger ending leaving the reader with Sloans unknown decision, continue with Alec or leave the Adam’s family all together.
This series just keeps getting better, darker and more unhinged.
This time it's focussed on Sloan, and her Christmas vacation with boyfriend Alex. She meets his strict parents which is a disaster, and it seems Alex isn't who she thought he was, now he's back in his hometown he's being controlling, abusive, and this isn't a side of him she wants.
When she wakes up to find a gift and note detailing a chase with sinful rules, she thinks this is Alex's way of apologising.
As the night progresses she's hunted through the town, and gets to fulfil every dark fantasy she's had. Alex is acting like a completely new person, he's dark, demanding, attentive and feral, and she loves it.
He's planned it all, and will claim his prize, she belongs to him, and he will kill to keep her.
This erotic horror is spicy, twisted, full of cat and mouse games, and dark twists.
