very interesting. i am easily entertained, so this fast paced book was a good read for me. i realllyyyyy liked the plot twist, i didnt see it coming at all. a few problems i do have: having a list that ranks girls based on looks is pretty sus in the first place and calling it the

“hottie list”

is weird af. my second problem is with josh. i cannot imagine how infuriating it would be to have him call me a nickname based on

my rank on the aforementioned hottie list (for reference, he calls her fifth because she got fifth place on the list)

. omg. and he just blatantly tries to get her to be with him even when she doesnt really want to be??? bro. also some minor plot holes left unresolved, and i feel like the end was hinting towards a sequel but there isn’t one??? my last problem (very minor) was that there was a lot if beautiful imagery and figurative language in the first chapter but not a lot throughout the book. it really got my hopes up because i rarely see a mystery book with beautiful and delicate writing as well as a good plot. :/ overall though, a VERY good read.
