This was an interesting read since none of the characters have names; (I) and (Sensei). (I) is following (Sensei) around because he finds him to be interesting and wants to live like him. What (I) doesn't know is that (Sensei) has had a very traumatic life and would never fully understand that. Until he receives a letter from (Sensei) telling (I) all about how he became the person he was and his regrets. (I) wants to think he and (Sensei) are one and the same, but this letter shows him that they aren't.

This book was boring and I hated the ending.
