Really lovely. A great adventure. A times a little confusing when it referred to the same character by multiple names and occasionally a little overtly religious for me but a great backstory to the other Narnia stories

3.5 stars. The beginning and end were wonderful, but the middle was pretty average.

This book was a bit too boring for me... it felt too much like the only purpose of this book was to set up the rest of this book series which turned me off while reading it. Not a bad book, but it took me way longer than it should have to read this book. I will be continuing on with this series though.
